Jay's Fine Burgers

Jay's ia a classic drive-in burger joint from the days before fast food chains. We use only the highest quality of freshly ground chuck, pressed to the griddle and cooked in it's own juices for a crispy-edges patty which makes for a juicy burger with great flavor. To top our burgers, we use only real cheddar cheese and the freshest local produce available.

What started as a job bussing tables at Kip's Big Boy in Dallas turned into four and a half decades managing successful restaurant operations across the nation. After selling hundreds of thousands of burgers along the way in venues from quick service to fine dining we took the best attributes from all the best burgers to build our fine burger.

Why the 60's theme? The owners met in 1969... the Summer of Love. The restaurant is named after their first born child. The 1960's were an exciting time to live in America. We got air conditioning in the family car and put a man on the moon in the same decade. Television went from black & white to color. And the music... well, it simply exploded with sounds that still influence young musicians today. For those who were lucky enough to experience it, welcome back. For those who were less fortunate, come for a visit and see what it was all about.
