Sam Bass Day at Train Depot

Learn about the first train robbery in Texas at the Allen Train Depot. Enjoy fun activities such as a scavenger hunt with the entire family while learning about Allen history. Allen High School Drama students will re-enact the train robbery on the half hour from 10:30 to 1:30. At 10:00 am, the trio Shawn Nunez, George Nelson and Ron McClung will present superb Civil War tones and sounds. At 11:00: Rick Miller, award winning author of Sam Bass & Gang, will present the story. .
