Dallas is the first U.S. city to welcome Fogo de Chão. The restaurant's interior features the colors of Brazilian soil, and floors of Brazilian slate to impart a traditional feeling. The large salad bar resembles a grand kitchen table of the ancestors. Soft lighting, dark wood paneling and artwork depicting scenes of Gaucho lifestyle further enhance the ambiance. The restaurant's new wine cellar proudly showcases the vast selection of fine vintages, and the dedication to continuously enhancing the wine program.
A signature blue tower at the entrance to the restaurant features a fogo de chao, where the patrons can view the original process of cooking the meats.
The dining room seats 300 people and offers several semi-private areas for up to 60, 80 and 130 guests.
