Flippin’ Out Crepes & Coffee

Flippin’ Out Crepes’ are made to order and are specially wrapped so a customer can order it to-go and eat it by hand. Crepes will range in flavor from Midland -- Bacon, egg & smoked cheddar, Lemon Chicken -- Herb crusted with asparagus, parmesan & lemon cream sauce, Gulf Coast -- sautéed shrimp, lump crab, roasted Pasilla peppers & Pontchartrain cream sauce to Nutella -- Buttery chocolate hazelnut spread with bananas & strawberries. Plano native, Scott Hoffner, is the Executive Chef.
